[Rural medicine].

There is a need for radical restructuring of training of physicians with subsequent post-graduate training every three years and quarterly improvement of self-education of physicians. Head physicians of regional rural hospitals should be released from all administrative and economic functions. This is the responsibility of an administrator with higher technical or economic education.
