We studied the effect of an anthocyanin-containing complex from the fruits of S. aucuparia L. on doxorubicin-induced genotoxicity in bone marrow cells of C57BL/6 mice.

Antioxidant Properties of New Phenothiazine Derivatives.

Phenothiazine and its derivatives have a number of properties that contribute to their wider practical use in the production of biologically active substances, drugs, dyes, etc. Therefore, the synthesis and study of new compounds is of great relevance. The aim of this work was to investigate the antioxidant activity of a number of new phenothiazine derivatives.

[Operation in DeBakey type I acute aortic dissection according to the Florida Sleeve technique].

Despite the fact that recent decades have witnessed significant advances in treatment of patients with DeBakey type I acute aortic dissection, it still remains difficult to restore the aortic root when the dissection extends to the Valsalva's sinuses. Thinned aortic walls are vulnerable to traumatization on applying a vascular suture. We used in patients with this pathology the Florida sleeve technique in order to reinforce the weakened aortic root.

[Nephron epithelial changes of the obstructive kidney in unilateral ureteral obstruction (experimental study)].

Introduction: The high prevalence of kidney diseases caused by urinary tract obstruction has led to the need for experimental studies of the dynamics of pathological processes in their lesions. Despite the fact that the general patterns of development of obstructive uropathy are known, the features of renal tissue damage, in particular structural and molecular biological changes in this pathology, remain insufficiently studied.

Objective: to study the dynamics of changes in the phenotype of epithelial cells of the nephron of an obstructive kidney with unilateral ureteral obstruction using an experimental model.
