Objective: The aim: The study was aimed to compare the efficiency of intrathyroid steroid injection to oral steroid intake in patients with subacute thyroiditis.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 32 patients with subacute thyroiditis with insufficient result from NSAIDs treatment were randomly divided into two groups. The 1st group received two intrathyroid steroid injections, the 2nd group received oral prednisone.
Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the role of poikilocytosis in the acne vulgaris comorbidity with demodicosis and functional gallbladder disorder.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study included 140 people with a diagnosis of moderate acne: group 1 - patients with AV, group 2 - patients with AV + Demodicosis, group3- AV + Demodicosis + functional gallbladder disorder (FGD). Biochemical analysis of lipid profile and liver enzymes, bilirubin was performed with semi-automatic analyzer HUMALYZER 3000.
Objective: Introduction: Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for high-normal blood pressure (BP) both in men and women. The effect of uric acid (UA) on erythrocyte morphology in normotensive patients needs further study. The aim - to evaluate the impact of serum UA level on erythrocyte morphology in normotensive patients.

The aim: To evaluate influence of hyperglycemia on reparative osteogenesis after perforated tibial fracture in rats.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: A total of 30 white adult rats were subdivided into two groups: 15 healthy rats in Group 1 (control) and 15 rats with alloxan induced hyperglycemia in Group 2 (investigated) and were carried out of experiment on the 10th, 20th and 30th day after the fracture.
Objective: Introduction: Uric acid (UA) is the risk factors for the development of arterial hypertension (AH). Development of alternative methods of UA level reduction becomes relevant. The aim - to determine the correlation between UA and endothelial dysfunction and blood pressure level (BP), and to evaluate the effectiveness of low level laser therapy (LLLT).
