[Surgical treatment of heart myxomas].

Nine persons were operated on in the Samara Interregional Cardiosurgical Center for left atrial myxoma in 1986-1991. Two-dimensional echocardiography was the major technique in making a correct diagnosis. The tumor was found in one patient intraoperatively.
