STATUS OF THE CURRENT DOMESTIC REGULATORY BASE FOR ENSURING RADIATION SAFETY AND ANTI-RADIATION PROTECTION OF MILITARY PERSONNEL DURING THE PERIOD OF MARTIAL STATUS.

Unlabelled: Prerequisite. In the conditions of a full-scale invasion, the issue of radiation safety and anti-radiation protection in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) occupies a special place, since the aggressor country violated global geopolitical international decisions, occupied civilian nuclear facilities, in the process of their liberation servicemen mayhave to act in conditions of increased radiation risk, the possibility of using tactical nuclear weapons also is not excluded.

Objective: to investigate the state of the current national regulatory framework for ensuring radiation safety and anti-radiation protection of military personnel during the period of martial law.

STUDY OF THE HEMOMICROCIRCULATORY CHANNEL IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES AND THREATENING ISCHEMIA OF THE LOWER LIMB.

Purpose of work - to investigate the hem microcirculatory channel (HCMC) in chronic critical lower extremity ischemia (CHLIC) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). To develop a method for calculating the indicator of the degree of diabetic microangiopathy (PSDMAP). Skin and muscle samples of 63 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with CKD and skin and muscle samples of 30 patients without systemic diseases.

COVID-19 AS A STRESS TEST OF HEALTHCARE ESTABLISHMENTS EFFECTIVENESS AND RELIABILITY MEASURED NATIONALLY AND GLOBALLY.

Objective: The aim: The authors aimed to estimate the healthcare environment risks and safety problems of the medical staff and patients, methods of neutralizing the negative public health effects and to suggest the new approaches to improved effectiveness and reliability of the healthcare establishments functioning under the emergencies.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study includes data of questioning of 163 healthcare workers of certain institutions in Ukraine using the questionnaire of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality ( the USA) on adherence to the patients' safety culture. In this study only the data on the patients' safety culture "response to mistakes" are represented.

RESEARCH OF THE ACTUAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF THE MILITARY PERSONNEL OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE TO SUBSTANTIATE THE CORRECTION OF THEIR DAILY DIET.

Objective: The aim: Is to determine the actual energy costs of servicemen on the qualification course of special operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to substantiate the adequate nutritional and energy value of their diet.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The actual average daily energy consumption of 85 servicemen of the qualification course (hereinafter - Q-course) of special operations of AF of Ukraine was determined by time-table and instrumental methods. By laboratory, calculation and questionnaire methods, the compensatory possibilities of their actual nutrition were assessed.

Epidemiological support for HIV / AIDS in the armed forces of ukraine: problem questions and ways for decision-making.

The article assesses of the system of epidemiological surveillance of HIV / AIDS in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It has been established that now the current system of epidemiological surveillance is imperfect. There is a risk of increasing the incidence of HIV infection in organized military groups.
