This study focuses on the effect of pre-deformation on hydrogen diffusion and hydrogen embrittlement of the high alloy austenitic TRIP steel X3CrMnNiMo17-8-4. Different cold-rolled steel sheets with thicknesses of ≤400 µm were electrochemically charged on both sides in 0.1 M sodium hydroxide with hydrogen for two weeks.

The article considers issues of potential of public organizations to develop conditions for healthy aging in order to ensure sustainable development of Russian regions differing in their socio-economic, socio-cultural and demographic characteristics. It is established that individual approach is to be applied in developing and implementing measures, since elderly Russians constitute very heterogeneous social demographic group, characterizing by differences in age, health condition, social, economic and professional status, life motivation, family/single/nursing type of residence, etc. It is indicated that work will require time, financial expenses and labor costs.

The COVID-19 pandemic has uncovered the high genetic variability of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and its ability to evade the immune responses that were induced by earlier viral variants. Only a few monoclonal antibodies that have been reported to date are capable of neutralizing a broad spectrum of SARS-CoV-2 variants. But actual system meet needs of Kazakhstanis in medications not in full measure.
