[The development of medical technologies for the spa and resort rehabilitation of patients presenting with pathology of the biliary system taking into consideration circumannual biorhythms].

This study included 188 patients presenting with pathology of the biliary system, such as dyskinesia of bile ducts, chronic non-calculous cholecystitis (CCC), and dysfunction of the bile system. The objective of the work was to develop complexes of intensive non-medicamental rehabilitative treatment for the correction of the adaptive potential of the organism in the springtime (March-May). It was shown that the efficacy of therapy during this period can be improved by modulation of the complex structure.

[Synthesis of lipophilic tetraphenylporphyrins to design lipid-porphyrin ensembles].

Synthesis of symmetrical meso-arylsubstituted porphyrins with long chain hydrophobic substituents in the phenyl rings was achieved. The lipoporphyrins can be used to design supramolecular lipid ensembles of nanometer size.

[Effectiveness of an intensive pelobalneotherapy course in the treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer].

Intensification of peloidobalneation pattern results in cicatrization of ulcer in many patients with duodenal ulcer at the stage of partial clinical remission and attenuated exacerbation during 18 days promoting alleviation in chronic inflammation in gastroduodenal zone.

[Morphological validation of peloidobalneotherapy intensification in patients with duodenal ulcer].

Aim: To study effectiveness of short courses of intensive peloidobalneotherapy in duodenal ulcer (DU).

Material And Methods: Esophagogastroduodenoscopy and biopsy before and after the treatment course were made in 124 DU patients. Depending on timing of moor applications, pine and pearl baths, the patients were divided into 2 groups.
