The most common clinical signs of community-acquired pneumonia associated with iron deficiency anemia in children of pre-preschool age are defined. Indicators of immunity cellular link in children with community-acquired pneumonia are studied. It is established that acute illness is characterized by disturbances in cellular immunity that are more expressed in patients with concomitant iron deficiency anemia.

Purpose of work was study the state of the immune system in children with non-inflammatory tonzillogenic lesions of the cardiovascular system. The article describes the main features of the immune status of children 6-18 years with chronic tonsillitis with lesions of the cardiovascular system. The aim of the work was to study the total level of antiendotoxin antibodies in blood serum of children of early age with community-Acquired pneumonia (CAP), with intestines dysbacteriosis in dynamics of the disease, and correction of intestine dysbiotic changes using modified regimen of a probiotic Bifi-form Kids drug administration. In the course of the study we found that acute period of CAP had considerable changes of antiendotoxin immunity which declared clear increase in the level of anti-et-antibodies in blood and concentration of the last ones directly depended on severity of the disease. After probiotic Bifi-form Kids had been prescribed in a complex treatment of children with CAP, the level of anti-et-antibodies considerably decreased in comparison with children who did not take this probiotic.

The majority of patients with non-hospital pneumonia (NHP) on background of antibioticotherapy had changes of a microbiocenosis of their intestines. The article presents obtained results on the assessment of Bifi-forma probiotic use for 63 children aged from 1 month till 3 years. It has been shown that course of the pneumonia has been associated clinically with dyspepsic pain syndromes and with significant changes of intestine biocenosis by quantity reduction of bifido--and lactobacteria, decrease in escherichia having enzymatic activity and increase in hemolytic escherichia, yeastlike mushrooms, staphylococcus and other representatives of opportunistic flora.
