Acute coronary events (ACEs) associated with a SARS-CoV-2 infection can significantly differ from classic ACEs. New biomarkers, such as ceramides, may help in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. This study included 73 ACE patients for whom the SARS-CoV-2 infection was verified.

Despite great advances in the treatment of oncological diseases, the development of medical technologies to prevent or reduce complications of therapy, in particular, those associated with surgery and the introduction of antibiotics, remains relevant. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of autoprobiotics based on indigenous non-pathogenic strains of and as a personalized functional food product (PFFP) in the complex therapy of colorectal cancer (CRC) in the early postoperative period. A total of 36 patients diagnosed with CRC were enrolled in the study.

Monitoring of biochemical parameters of the oral fluid in patients with recancerous of the oral mucosa.

Orthopedic treatment is of particular difficulty in the complex therapy and rehabilitation of patients with precancerous diseases of the oral mucosa. In this regard, in patients with chronic inflammatory and destructive lesions of the oral mucosa, it is necessary to control changes in the oral cavity, taking into account clinical and laboratory data. Oral fluid is most often used as a diagnostic material in dental research, the composition and properties of which reflect functional changes in the body.

Synthesis of amide derivatives of chlorin e6 and investigation of their biological activity.

In this work there is a synthesis of new photosensitizers which is based on amide derivatives of chlorin е6 . For the disclosure of an extra ring of the initial compound - pheophorbide a 1, we used primary aliphatic amines with 4-12 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain. The reaction is carried out under mild conditions in chloroform with heating to 40 ºС.

[Clinical and immunomodulating activity of root canal fillers].

The study revealed higher frequency and intensity of pain after root canal filling with paste Foredent or Zn-eugenol paste in patients with bronchial asthma and showed significant change in the level of sIgA in saliva fluid depending on the filling material and reflecting the effect of root pastes on the local immunity of the oral cavity.
