The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the origin, implementation and functioning of electronic medicine as a modern way of providing medical services in Ukraine and the world, by studying and summarizing the existing array of leading, domestic and foreign scientists and scientists. The diversity of concepts of e-medicine, e-government and e-document management system is analyzed, on the basis of which the author's definition of these concepts is given, based on own understanding of this term, from the standpoint of theoretical and legal analysis and modern challenges of society. The main electronic medical systems of Ukraine are researched and analyzed.

The fundamental and fundamental human right that is central to the system of non-proprietary rights aimed at ensuring the natural existence of an individual is the human right to life. The development of a civilized world leads to a new subjective perception of people about the origin of man, his place in the ecosystem and outer space in general and the scope of human rights and their transformation in particular. Complications of social life in the modern world leads not only to the transformation of social relations and the rapid renewal of the entire legal framework, but also to a significant acceleration and deepening of the formation of new branches of national law.
