Introduction: Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) is the most common monogentic autoinflammatory disease. FMF results from mutations in MEFV, which lead to a pro-inflammatory state and increased production of Interleukin 1 beta subunit (IL-1b) by myeloid cells. Despite the overall positive results obtained with anti-IL-1 agents in FMF patients, little is known about the long-term growth impact of these drugs in the pediatric population.

Generalization of breast screening programs requires an efficient double reading of the mammograms, which allows reduction of false-negative rate, but might be difficult to organize. CAD (Computed Assisted Diagnosis) is dramatically improving and is able to detect suspicious mammographic lesions, either suspicious microcalcifications, masses or architectural distorsions. CAD mammography might complete or substitute to "human" double reading.

MR has gained more and more importance in the evaluation of patients with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). Until recently, hippocampal sclerosis (which is the most frequent cause of temporal lobe epilepsy, accounting for 50-70% of the cases) could not be identified reliably. Using optimized magnetic resonance imaging techniques, hippocampal sclerosis can now be evidenced in a large proportion of patients with TLE.
