Objective: Adenomyosis is a uterine pathology affecting an increasing number of women of childbearing age. Several studies have investigated the impact of adenomyosis on obstetric complications, with its diagnosis based on clinical symptoms, ultrasound or composite criteria.

Methods: This was carried out at our University Teaching Hospital of Strasbourg.
Results: We show the complete removal of an infected retropubic sling in a patient who had already undergone three previous surgeries without resolution of symptoms.
