We have presented a brief literature overview of the disease, supported by a clinical case of multiple acute posterior circulation strokes with lesions in the pons and both hemispheres of the cerebellum associated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in a white young European adult in Ukraine. Specific features of posterior circulation stroke associated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome were determined, analyzed, and described. Complex posterior circulation cerebral infarction in the pons and both hemispheres of the cerebellum associated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome has not been reported before but has devastating consequences for both mother and fetus.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We have prospectively enrolled one hundred twenty adult patients with acute posterior circulation stroke. All patients were admitted and enrolled in the study within 6 to 24 hours from the onset of the stroke symptoms.
The aim of the study was to develop amphiphilic poly(-vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) nanoparticles (NPs) loaded with DNA plasmids encoding Gn and Gc glycoproteins of the Rift Valley fever virus (RVFV) and to study the humoral response . DNA plasmids were protected from extracellular nucleases by loading in NPs from PVP derivatives modified with amino acids β-alanine (Ala7-PVPOD4000) or glycine (Gly7.5-PVP-OD4000) fabricated by the original self-assembly technique.

We aimed to provide a narrative review of terminology, etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestations, complications, and prognosis of Pompe disease, supported with a clinical case presentation. The clinical manifestation and complications of Pompe disease are illustrated with the clinical case presentation of a late-onset form in a white child.

Results: Expressing phRVF/Gn and phRVF/Gc plasmids which encode full-sized Gn and Gc glycoproteins and contain signal fusion protein F sequences of human parainfluenza (HPIV-1) were constructed. To protect the plasmids from cleavage by extracellular nucleases, they were entrapped into multilayer ALG/PLL microcapsules by layer-by-layer technique.
