DIAGNOSTIC OF PANCREATIC INJURY USING INFRARED THERMOMETRY.

Aim: the study of the dynamics of changes in the temperature indicators of the injured pancreatic tissues in various types of mechanical trauma, depending on the time elapsed since the injury and the time of death.

Material And Methods: The material of the study was the pancreatic tissue of 256 individuals, both male and female, aged 20 to 60, who died with a known time of injury and time of death, with or without the presence of alcohol in the blood.

Results: The article analyzes the issue of diagnostics, determining the time of injury and time of death.

Synthesis and Properties of Ethylene/propylene and Ethylene/propylene/5-ethylidene-2-norbornene Copolymers Obtained on -Et(2-MeInd)ZrMe/Isobutylaluminium Aryloxide Catalytic Systems.

Ethylene/propylene (E/P) and ethylene/propylene/5-ethylidene-2-norbornene (E/P/ENB) copolymers were obtained on -Et(2-MeInd)ZrMe activated by a number of isobutylaluminium aryloxides: (2,6-BuPhO-)AlBu (1-DTBP) (2,6-Bu,4-Me-PhO-)AlBu (1-BHT), (2,4,6-BuPhO-)AlBu (1-TTBP), (2,6-Bu,4-Me-PhO-)AlBu (2-BHT), (2,6-BuPhO-)2AlBu (2-DTBP), [(2-Me,6-Bu-CHO)AlBu] (1-MTBP), [(2,6-Ph-PhO)AlBu] (1-DPP). This study shows how the structure of an activator influences catalytic activity and polymer properties, such as the copolymer composition, molecular weight characteristics, and thermophysical and mechanical properties. It has been shown that both the introduction of a bulky substituent in the para-position of the aryloxy group and the additional aryloxy group in the structure of an activator lead to a significant decrease in activity of the catalytic system in all studied copolymerization processes.

MODERN DIAGNOSTIC CRITERION FOR ESTABLISHING THE REGIONAL ORIGIN OF BLOOD IN SEXUAL CRIMES.

Objective: The aim: Determination of regional blood origin in cases of sexual violence, establishing the possibility of using prostaglandin F2alpha as a marker of blood of menstrual origin.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The material for the study were samples of vaginal fluid, menstrual blood and capillary blood from females, the age distribution of women was carried out according to the gynecological classification according to the age periods of women's lives depending on the functional state of their reproductive system: the first group - women at the age of 18-29, the second group - women at the age of 30-45.

Results: Results: Among objects of biological origin, fluids, especially blood, occupy an important place.

DIAGNOSIS OF BLUNT TRAUMA OF KIDNEY INJURY WITH INFRARED THERMOMETER METHOD.

Aim - the study of the prescription of injury on the dynamics of changes in temperature indices of the injured kidney tissues in blunt trauma. The material of the study to date are the tissues of the kidneys of 256 male and female persons, aged 20 to 60 years, who died at a known time of trauma and prescription of death in the were subject to autopsy. To address the question of the age of occurrence of kidney damage, we used a modern method of infrared thermometry (using a TH 9100 PMVI-WL Thermo Tracker thermal imager, which is a contactless high-sensitivity infrared camera).

Usage of histological methods in determining the prescription of spleen injuries in forensic medical practice.

Objective: Introduction: The article presents data from literary sources and a statistical analysis of one's own research on the nature, mechanism and prescription of spleen injury in the case of mechanical trauma and the absence of alcohol intoxication. The aim: To study the dynamics of changes in the histological parameters of the spleen injured tissues in case of mechanical trauma depending on the prescription of injury.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The material of the study was the spleen tissue of 56 males and females aged from 20-60 who died at known and unknown time in the presence and absence of alcohol in the blood.
