Objective: To assess the possibilities of fluorescent detection system in qualitative and quantitative assessment of bowel perfusion in colorectal resections.

Material And Methods: From May to August 2023, a single-center pilot cross-sectional unblinded study with inclusion of 18 patients with colon cancer (of left-sided - 12, of right-sided - 6, mean age - 72.9 years, m/w - 61/39%) was conducted.

Objective: To evaluate the possibility of integrating tissue perfusion assessment techniques (ICG perfusion and imaging photoplethysmography - iPPG) into the system of intraoperative control points of laparoscopic interventions with a reconstructive component.

Materials And Methods: Quantitative assessment of ICG fluorescence and iPPG were used during 8 laparoscopically assisted interventions: gastrectomy for gastric cancer (total - 2 and distal - 1) and colorectal resections (left-sided colorectal resections - 4 and right hemicolectomy - 1).

Results: Four stages are presented for the assessment of tissue perfusion: initial assessment, before intestine transection, before anastomosis formation, and evaluation of anastomosis.

This article addresses the problem of estimating the spectral correlation function (SCF), which provides quantitative characterization in the frequency domain of wide-sense cyclostationary properties of random processes which are considered to be the theoretical models of observed time series or discrete-time signals. The theoretical framework behind the SCF estimation is briefly reviewed so that an important difference between the width of the resolution cell in bifrequency plane and the step between the centers of neighboring cells is highlighted. The outline of the proposed double-number fast Fourier transform algorithm (2N-FFT) is described in the paper as a sequence of steps directly leading to a digital signal processing technique.

Research objective was assessment of a possibility of primary diagnosis of viruses Epstein-Burr, a cytomegalovirus, a virus of herpes of the 6th type in oral liquid and also influences of herpes infection on development and the clinical course of precancer diseases of the oral mucosa and the red border of lips (RBL). Profound clinic-immunological examination is conducted to 60 patients: the first group are have made 20 patients with an erosive and ulcer form of the lichen planus, the second - 20 people with an erosive form of a leukoplakia, a third - 20 people without diseases of the oral mucosa. As a result of work detection herpes infection is revealed high (90%).
