To describe 4 cases of posterior pole retinal detachment (RD) in patients with pathologic myopia that were repaired with a prototype myopia support device. A case series was evaluated. Four cases of posterior pole RD were treated, 3 of which were accompanied by myopic maculoschisis and 1 that was accompanied by a choroidal neovascular membrane and a macular hole (MH).

Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 48 patients who underwent vitreoretinal intervention for persistent ERD between 2017 and 2024. The study assessed patient demographics, underlying causes of ERD, the success rate of surgical interventions, and postoperative visual outcomes.
Purpose: To compare the outcomes of intravitreal dexamethasone implant used as either an adjuvant or a switching therapy for diabetic macular edema in patients with poor anatomic response after three consecutive monthly injections of ranibizumab.
Methods: This retrospective study included patients with diabetic macular edema who received three consecutive doses of ranibizumab as initial therapy and demonstrated poor response. A single dose of intravitreal de xamethasone implant was administered to these patients.
Background: To study out types and incidence of the complications and reveal the risk factors that affect anatomical and visual success of pneumatic retinopexy with a high number of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment cases.
Methods: Eight hundred and fifty eyes of the 837 patients who admitted at a tertiary center, between January 2015 and January 2022 for the diagnosis of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, then underwent pneumatic retinopexy and had at least sixth month follow-up, were included in the study. The multivariate logistic regression model was created to investigate the factors affecting anatomical and visual success.

Background: In young adults with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, pneumatic retinopexy can be a cost-effective and minimally invasive highly effective method in suitable cases.
