Unlabelled: was to assess the sorption capacity of Ustekinumab, a drug based on interleukins 12 (IL-12) and 23 (IL-23), when using it with a magnetocontrollable sorbent.
Materials And Methods: To reduce the concentration of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-12, IL-23), the blood of patients with psoriatic arthritis was passed through magnetocontrollable polyacrylamide granules (MPG) of spherical shape with the particle size of 10-100 μm, obtained by emulsion polymerization. Perfusion was performed through a 10 ml column equipped with an electromagnet, into which MPG with immobilized antibodies to IL-12 and IL-23 was added.
Osteoarthrosis is a family of pathological processes with multifactorial etiopathogenesis, including genetic, molecular and environmental factors, in particular, biomechanical stress. Obesity is one of the significant risk factors for osteoarthritis, increasing the risk of its development. The purpose of the research is to study the features of compiling an algorithm of physiotherapeutic interventions for patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis and obesity.

A technique of emulsion polimerization was used. Having integrated antigen nanoobjects we developed immobilized magnetocontrollable antigen nanosystems and put them to an evaluation test.

Four of the polB fragments were most related to marine prasinoviruses, while the other two were most closely related to cultivated chloroviruses. Two Prasinovirus-related genes reached peak abundances of >1000 copies ml(-1) and were considered 'high abundance', whereas the other two Prasinovirus-related genes peaked at abundances <1000 copies ml(-1) and were considered 'low abundance'.

A group of strains of influenza-A virus with the known NP amino acid sequence was analyzed by radioimmunoprecipitation with a subsequent analysis of the immune complexes by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel. The examined group of strains comprised pairs of closely related variants like A/USSR/90/77 and A/Brazil/1/78 as well as A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (Mount Sinai variant) and A Puerto Rico/8/34 Cambridge 1 variant).
