[Cyclic nucleotides in patients with brain meningiomas].

A study is presented of cyclic nucleotides--adenosinmonophosphate and guanosinmonophosphate in patients with meningiomas of the brain. It was established that adenosinmonophosphate and guanosinmonophosphate is characterized by an increased content in patients with brain meningiomas. This indicates disorders of proliferative processes in the body and changes on the cellular level.

[Hemodynamic function before and after revascularization operations in patients with an ischemic stroke].

Patients with a history of cerebral infarction showed in the postischemic period a eukinetic and hypokinetic type of the systemic hemodynamics. Disorders of the cerebral circulation are mainly manifested in hypoperfusion of the cerebral blood vessels. Hypoperfusion of the brain tissue may be one of the hemodynamic indications to the operation of extra- and intracranial microanastomosis.

[Radiologic diagnosis of chronic cerebral arachnoiditis].

Basing on the use of instrumental research methods (axial computerized tomography, pneumoencephalography, angiography), 40 patients with diagnostically difficult cases of chronic injuries to the meninges were examined to assess the potentialities of encephaloscintigraphy (ES). High information content of ES was marked in 72.5% of patients.
