This work aimed to develop a spatial assessment methodology that improves and automates checks of dose prescription and dose gradient from planning target volume (PTV) edge.
Methods: A Python-based script was developed to determine linear distances from the PTV edge to specified isodose, every 15 degrees on all axial slices and along the central axis in the coronal plane.
In this paper we examine the role of informed consent to capacity assessment, focussing primarily on the two jurisdictions of England and Wales, and Ireland. We argue that in both jurisdictions, a capacity assessment should be regarded as a distinct intervention, separate from the 'original' intervention at issue, and that specific informed consent to the assessment should generally be sought in advance. As part of this, we consider what information should be provided so as to ensure informed consent.

Objectives: People from ethnic minority groups are underserved by randomized trials, and poor representation of these groups reduces generalizability of results. There is no guidance on which ethnicity categories are appropriate for use in trials and thus inconsistency exists. The purpose of this study is to establish, in a large sample of trials, if participant ethnicity is recorded, how it is obtained (categories used), and if its reporting varies from its recording.

Introduction: Innovative moments (IMs) pinpoint new and more adaptative meanings that emerge in clients' discourse during psychotherapy. Studies with adult clients have found a greater proportion of IMs in recovered compared to unchanged cases, but similar studies have yet to be conducted with adolescents.
Aims: The paper aims (1) to study retrospectively the emergence of IMs in therapy, using a post-therapy interview, in adolescents that underwent psychotherapy for depression, and (2) to characterize the themes present in IMs identified retrospectively in the interviews.
The versatility of cellular metabolism in converting various substrates to products inspires sustainable alternatives to conventional chemical processes.
