Objective: Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) are 50% more likely to develop type II diabetes (T2D) within 6 months to 2 years after giving birth. Therefore, international guidelines recommend it is best practice for women diagnosed with GDM to attend screening for T2D 6-12 weeks postpartum and every 1-3 years thereafter for life. However, uptake of postpartum screening is suboptimal.

Previous literature highlights poorer hand hygiene compliance among physicians than nurses and suggests that covert monitoring may give better compliance estimates than overt monitoring.
Aim: To explore differences in compliance between physicians and nurses further, and to determine whether compliance estimates differed when observations were covert rather than overt.
Background: Planning radiosurgery to multiple intracranial metastases is complex and shows large variability in dosimetric quality among planners and treatment planning systems (TPS). This project aimed to determine whether autoplanning using the Muliple Brain Mets (AutoMBM) software can improve plan quality and reduce inter-planner variability by crowdsourcing results from prior international planning study.
Methods: Twenty-four institutions autoplanned with AutoMBM on a five metastases case from a prior international planning competition from which population statistics (means and variances) of 23 dosimetric metrics and resulting composite plan score (maximum score = 150) of other TPS (Eclipse, Monaco, RayStation, iPlan, GammaPlan, MultiPlan) were crowdsourced.
Background: Despite acknowledgement of medical students' expected professional behaviours and attitudes, there remains widespread reluctance to report students that behave inappropriately. Existing literature focuses on why faculty fail to fail, overlooking the tutors who deal with students day to day. We investigated how tutors address inappropriate behaviours and attitudes in students and residents.

Altered structural connectivity may be both a neurobiological vulnerability for, and a result of, PTSD. In an effort to find reliable effects, we present a multi-cohort analysis of dMRI metrics across 3047 individuals from 28 cohorts currently participating in the PGC-ENIGMA PTSD working group (a joint partnership between the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium and the Enhancing NeuroImaging Genetics through Meta-Analysis consortium).
