Background: Spinal cord injury (SCI) detrimentally impacts individuals' exercise capacity and respiratory parameters depending on sensory, motor, and autonomic dysfunctions. Regular physical activity (PA) positively impacts cardiovascular health and pulmonary function in these individuals. Purpose: To translate the "Physical Activity Scale for Individuals with Physical Disabilities (PASIPD)" into Turkish, to make a cultural adaptation, and to examine the psychometric properties including validity and reliability.

Methods: During the translation period cross-cultural adaptation design proposed by guideline was used. Patients completed the Turkish version of the PASIPD and it was applied again a week later.
