The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of moral sensitivity in the effect of nurses' professional values on missed nursing care. A descriptive and correlational study was conducted with 640 nurses working in the inpatient units of a public and a private hospital with the MISSCARE Survey-Turkish, the Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire, and the Revised Nursing Professional Values Scale. Histidine oligomers (His-tags) are commonly used as affinity tags in recombinant protein purification to enable in vitro experimental studies, including biochemical and biophysical assays and structure determination. Hydroxyurea is an inhibitor of ribonucleotide reductase and is commonly used in laboratories to induce replication stress or arrest cells in the S phase for cell cycle or checkpoint studies. ABO group testing is critical for allogeneic stem cell transplantation because mismatches can cause both transfusion and engraftment challenges. Even with ABO-matched donor-recipient pairs, ABO group determination may provide valuable insight into allograft status. Herein, we report a case of a 76-year-old female patient with myeloid neoplasm who underwent ABO-matched stem cell transplantation and in whom mixed-field ABO antigen expression during routine follow-up testing post-transplantation was the first sign of a change in transplant graft status; the mixed-field findings pre-dated changes in formal chimerism testing.

To investigate whether there is a difference in mean diffusivity (MD) and fractional anisotropy (FA) values in the auditory pathways of neurofibromatosis type 1 patients with and without focal areas of abnormal signal intensity (FASI) compared to healthy controls by using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). Patients were classified as group 1 with focal areas of abnormal signal intensity in the brainstem, group 2 without focal areas of abnormal signal intensity, and healthy control group 3 according to the MRI findings. Mean diffusivity and fractional anisotropy values of lateral lemniscus, inferior colliculus, corpus geniculatum mediale, Heschl gyrus, and brainstem were compared between groups.
