Objectives: This study aimed to determine the frequency of epiretinal membrane (ERM) in the long term after neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser iridotomy (LI) using spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT).
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included 94 eyes that underwent LI for primary angle-closure glaucoma, were followed for at least 4 years, and had no ERM before the procedure. The control group consisted of 66 eyes that were followed for suspected glaucoma did not have a previous ERM.
Aim: The aim of the study was to determine the intraocular pressure (IOP) changes with high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone (HIVMP) treatment given for the treatment of acute relapses in relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS).
Methods: Forty patients with clinically definite MS admitted for a new demyelinating event were included in the study. All patients were treated with HIVMP (1 g) once daily for 5 consecutive days.
