Background: Lung cancer has the highest mortality rate among malignancies globally. In addition, due to the growing number of smokers there is considerable concern over its growth. Unlabelled: Ectopic liver tissue is an exceedingly rare anomaly in which the hepatic tissue is present extrahepatic site and has no connection to the true liver. Most cases of ectopic liver tissue were asymptomatic and discovered by an accident during abdominal surgery or autopsy.

Case Presentation: Case 1 involved a 52-year-old man who was admitted to the hospital due to an abdominal grip in the right hypochondrium and epigastrium for 1 month.
