Dermal metastasis is a rare manifestation of visceral disease, and esophageal adenocarcinomas represent around only 1% of primaries that present with cutaneous metastasis. In this case, we discuss a patient who presented with a painless submental mass and extensive right neck cutaneous induration and erythema. Core needle biopsy demonstrated poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.

We present a case of autoimmune haemolytic anaemia that developed after 39 cycles of nivolumab. A 78-year-old man with metastatic lung adenocarcinoma, refractory to multiple lines of chemotherapy was switched to nivolumab.

They can be well differentiated or poorly differentiated, and management of these tumors differs for each histologic subtype. We have performed a review of NETs and focused on management of well-differentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEPNETs) and carcinoid syndrome.

SGLT2 Inhibitors work by increasing glucose excretion in urine. Euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is potentially life threatening side effect as patients have normal glucose and minimal symptoms thus delaying diagnosis and treatment.

A year after the nephrectomy, he had undergone cutaneous metastasectomy in the right flank area, and a further 2 years later he had had his second cutaneous metastasectomy in the right chest wall. Both cutaneous pathologies had, at the time, shown metastatic neoplasm with histological features compatible with those of the previous renal tumour.

It is imperative to understand the metabolic changes that occur at the cellular level in the early stages of insulin resistance. The objective of this study was to determine the pattern of circulating lactate levels during oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp (HIEC) study in normal nondiabetic subjects.
