We present a case of pyometra due to cervical cancer in a 62 years-old female with purulent discharge, abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. At the examination we found the cervix with a cupula form, an ulcer in the external orifice, and normal vaginal fornixes and parametria. During an attempt of edometrial biopsy we noticed the output of 150 mL of pus from the uterine cavity.
