Nurses who transition from clinical practice to nursing education practice is often had trouble and experience transition shock. Academic nurse leaders (ANLs) should proactively address the transition concerns of novice nurse educators (NNEs) to reduce dissatisfaction and turnover rates. NNEs can be eased into their new roles through mentoring activities and programs.

Twenty people living with HIV (PLWH), 11 partners of PLWH, and 10 HIV care professionals in the Philippines were asked to rank-order 54 statements about sexuality post-HIV diagnosis. They shared the reasoning behind their rankings on an online survey platform.

We aimed to model the direct effects of the theorized relationships of academic self-efficacy, computer use self-efficacy, learning management system self-efficacy, internet and information-seeking self-efficacy, and online learning self-efficacy using structural equation modeling. The study proves that academic self-efficacy has positive predictive relationships with computer use self-efficacy, learning management system self-efficacy and internet and information self-efficacy. Secondly, modeling revealed that computer use self-efficacy, learning management system self-efficacy and internet and information self-efficacy positively predicts online learning self-efficacy.

In recent years, the Philippines has seen significant increases in the uptake of HIV testing services (HTSs) but considerably lags in achieving the 2030 goal of achieving 90% of the people knowing their HIV status. The purpose of this study was to determine the utility of the Health Belief Model, using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), in identifying factors that affect the intentions of Filipino men who have sex with men to seek and get tested for HIV. A sample of 471 Filipino men who have sex with men completed the web-based survey.
