Background: Drug-related problems (DRPs) are significant issues in healthcare contributing to adverse health outcomes and increased healthcare costs. While community pharmacists play a pivotal role in identifying, classifying, and documenting DRPs, there is a need to map approaches undertaken.
Aim: The aim of this scoping review was to examine the approaches to identifying, classifying, and documenting DRPs in community pharmacies in Europe, and their associated barriers and facilitators.
Background: In 2010, Denmark was the first country to implement a targeted routine antenatal anti-D prophylaxis (tRAADP) program, offering fetal RHD genotyping to all nonimmunized D negative pregnant women. The program represented a shift from only postnatal prophylaxis to a combined antenatal and postnatal prophylaxis. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical effect of tRAADP in Denmark.

Current models of follow-up care often prove inadequate, resulting in unresolved LEC. Given the pivotal role of community pharmacists as the most accessible healthcare professionals and the demonstrated benefits of evidence-based pharmacy services on patient centered care, exploring the potential contribution of community pharmacies in managing LEC is relevant.

We aimed to describe a new metric named time with rapid change of glucose (TRC), which is presented as percentage of time, similar to time above range (TAR), time in range (TIR), and time below range (TBR).
Method: We downloaded glucose data for 90 days from 159 persons with type 1 diabetes using the Abbott Freestyle Libre version 1.
The microbiological analysis of wastewater samples is increasingly used for the surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 globally. We described the setup process of the national SARS-CoV-2 wastewater-based surveillance system in Denmark, presented its main results during the first year of activities, from July 2021 to June 2022, and discussed their operational significance. The Danish SARS-CoV-2 wastewater-based surveillance system was designed to cover 85 % of the population in Denmark and it entailed taking three weekly samples from 230 sites.

Pharmacists' role in promoting physical activity (PA) is still not well established, although health promotion is foreseen by law in Portugal. Competing tasks and location where the pharmacy is embedded can hinder this promotion in their daily practice.

In Denmark, self-care has been a part of the health care professional and health political discourse since the middle of the 1970s particularly in relation to prevention. However, the concept has become more visible in connection with the Danish government's public health programme "Healthy throughout life" from 2002 to 2010, where patients' self-care was highlighted as an important element in preventing disease progression and complications. Self-care in Denmark is seen as a partnership between the patient and the health care professional.

Pharmacy practice has been defined as "the scientific discipline that studies the different aspects of the practice of pharmacy and its impact on health care systems, medicine use, and patient care". Thus, pharmacy practice studies embrace both clinical pharmacy and social pharmacy elements.

Objective: Monochorionic (MC) triplet pregnancies are extremely rare and information on these pregnancies and their complications is limited. We aimed to investigate the risk of early and late pregnancy complications, perinatal outcome and the timing and methods of fetal intervention in these pregnancies.
Methods: This was a multicenter retrospective cohort study of MC triamniotic (TA) triplet pregnancies managed in 21 participating centers around the world from 2007 onwards.

Furthermore, the study investigated whether pharmacy staff was interested in participating in education about cancer.
Methods: A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted among community pharmacy staff (pharmacists and pharmaconomists) in Denmark.
Rapid evolutionary change during range expansions can lead to diverging range core and front populations, with the emergence of dispersal syndromes (coupled responses in dispersal and life-history traits). Besides intraspecific effects, range expansions may be impacted by interspecific interactions such as parasitism. Yet, despite the potentially large impact of parasites imposing additional selective pressures on the host, their role on range expansions remains largely unexplored.

Background: Patients who transfer from the hospital back to the community are at risk of experiencing problems related to their medications. Hospital pharmacists (HPs) and community pharmacists (CPs) may play an important role and provide transitional pharmaceutical care in transition of care interventions.
Objective: To describe how a pharmacist-led intervention to provide transitional pharmaceutical care for hospital discharged patients was developed, utilizing already existing pharmacist interventions in the hospital and community pharmacy.
Introduction: This report presents a rare case of spontaneous twin anemia-polycythemia sequence (TAPS) between two dichorionic fetuses in a spontaneous, homozygotic, dichorionic, triamniotic, triplet pregnancy treated with multiple intrauterine blood transfusions (IUTs) and partial exchange transfusions (PETs).
Case Presentation: The pregnancy was diagnosed with stage IV TAPS at gestational week 25+1. The patient was treated with laser surgery combined with multiple IUTs and PETs.
High-speed atomic force microscopes (HS-AFMs) with high temporal resolution enable dynamic phenomena to be visualized at nanoscale resolution. However, HS-AFMs are more complex and costlier than conventional AFMs, and particulars of an open-source HS-AFM controller have not been published before. These high entry barriers hinder the popularization of HS-AFMs in both academic and industrial applications.
