Background: The number of reports of dental malpractice cases has been increasing in recent years. The purpose of this study was to assess the data and outcomes related to dental malpractice claims in Madina City, Saudi Arabia.

Methods: This study conducts a retrospective study of dental malpractice claims in Madina city, Saudi Arabia assessing 97 cases of dental malpractice claims from the year 2016 to 2022.
