Breastfeeding practice and knowledge among women attending primary health-care centers in Riyadh 2016.

Introduction: Breast milk is the best natural essential nutrition to newborns and infants. However, the practice of breastfeeding (BF) has declined in Saudi Arabia.

Objective: The objective of this study was to assess the knowledge and practice of BF with their determinants among mothers in Riyadh.

Successful treatment of severe gastrointestinal manifestations of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura and factor XIII deficiency using cryoprecipitate transfusion.

Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) might present with severe gastrointestinal (GI) involvement. Herein, we report 3 cases of HSP with severe GI manifestations in the form of hematemesis, melena, pancreatitis, and erosive gastritis. Different treatment modalities were not successful.
