This is an unusual case of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) with isolated third cranial nerve palsy as the initial manifestation. Neurolymphomatosis (NL) is a rare manifestation of PCNSL. While NL is a rare manifestation of PCNSL, primary vitreoretinal lymphoma (PVRL) can be the presenting feature or a later-involved manifestation.

Throughout the history of power systems, power cables have been used to securely and efficiently distribute electrical energy to the destined locations. Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), a commonly used insulator in high-voltage cables, have several desirable properties, such as low dielectric loss, high dielectric constant, high thermal conductivity, enhanced thermal stability, and superior resistance against electrical stress. However, further improvements of XLPE's performance are needed.

This anxiety is shaped by factors such as social media use, intergroup emotions, fertility risk perceptions, and national policies. This study examines the interplay of these factors in understanding fertility anxiety among Chinese women.

These plasma cells have the property to produce immunoglobulins (Ig), on the basis of which MM can be classified. Immunoglobulin G is responsible for most of the cases, while IgE mediates the rarest form of MM.

In such case, a battery energy storage (BES) technology is widely used for mitigating power variation from the RE sources to get better voltage regulation and power balance in DC network. In this study, a BES based coordinated power management control strategy (PMCS) is proposed for the MG system to get effective utilization of RE sources while maintaining the MG's reliability and stability.

The MG model is developed and simulated with the presence of different PQEs (voltage and harmonic related signals and distinctive transients) in both on-grid and off-grid modes of MG network, respectively. In the pre-stage of classification, the features are extracted from numerous PQE signals by Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) analysis, and the extracted features are used to learn the classifiers at the final stage.

Inadequate control of blood pressure due to medication non-adherence remains a challenge and identifying the underlying causes will provide useful information to formulate suitable interventions.
Purpose: This study aimed to explore the roles of culture, religiosity, and spirituality on adherence to anti-hypertensive medications.
This study presents a nature-inspired, and metaheuristic-based Marine predator algorithm (MPA) for solving the optimal power flow (OPF) problem. The significant insight of MPA is the widespread foraging strategy called the Levy walk and Brownian movements in ocean predators, including the optimal encounter rate policy in biological interaction among predators and prey which make the method to solve the real-world engineering problems of OPF. The OPF problem has been extensively used in power system operation, planning, and management over a long time.

Materials And Methods: The whole plant of was extracted using methanol extraction method.
Objective: To evaluate and discuss the outcomes of the universal newborn hearing screening program conducted at four public hospitals in Malaysia.
Method: A retrospective analysis of the universal newborn hearing screening database from each hospital was performed. The database consisted of 28,432 and 30,340 screening results of babies born in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
Sustainable materials, such as vegetable oils, have become an effective alternative for liquid dielectrics in power transformers. However, currently available vegetable oils for transformer application are extracted from edible products with a negative impact on food supply. So, it is proposed in this study to develop cottonseed oil (CSO) as an electrical insulating material and cooling medium in transformers.

Methods: Participants were twenty-one healthy controls and sixteen schizophrenia patients with normal peripheral auditory functions. The binaural hearing was examined in four listening conditions by using the Malay version of hearing in noise test.
Nicotine dependence has progressively become a foremost community health interest in both the developed and developing nations due to the economic burden and health-related problems. Smoking was significantly higher among patients with schizophrenia in comparison to the general population. Nicotine dependence is not only associated with public stress, but among patients with schizophrenia, smoking brings major challenges to the management.

An efficacious multi-objective fuzzy linear programming optimization (MFLP) algorithm is proposed to solve the aforementioned problem with and without considering the distributed generation (DG) effect. A variant combination of objectives is considered for simultaneous optimization, including power loss, voltage stability, and shunt capacitors MVAR reserve.

Nevertheless, reports on the suppressive effect of efferent auditory pathway on cochlear outer hair cells among schizophrenia patients are limited. The present, case-control, study examined the contralateral suppression of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAEs) in patients with schizophrenia.

The Psychotic Symptom Rating Scales (PSYRATS) is the most widely used validated scale to measure the specific symptoms of auditory hallucination and delusion. The aim of this study was to validate and to examine the psychometric properties of the auditory hallucination component of the Malay PSYRATS (MyPSYRATS). The research was done in the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Center (UKMMC) among 51 schizophrenia inpatients and outpatients who had experienced or reported verbal auditory hallucination.

The requirements of specialized equipment, skilled personnel, and quiet environments for valid screening results limit its application in schools and health clinics. This study aimed to develop an automated hearing screening kit (auto-kit) with the capability of realtime noise level monitoring to ensure that the screening is performed in an environment that conforms to the standard.
