Objective: To assess the acceptance of multiple micronutrient supplements and current iron and folic acid supplement utilisation among pregnant and lactating women in rural Ethiopia.
Design: Community-based cross-sectional study using a mixed method.
Setting: This study was carried out in five regions (Oromia, Gambela, Sidama, SNNPR (Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Region) and Somali) of Ethiopia, 2022.

Methodology: Thirty-six patients with anterior innominate iliosacral dysfunction were randomly assigned to both groups. Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and Modified Oswestry Disability Index (MODI) were used to measure pain and functional disability.
Micronutrient deficiencies, a global concern affecting vulnerable populations, including pregnant women, pose significant public health challenges. Specifically, micronutrient deficiencies in iron, vitamin A, iodine and folate have been of greatest public health concern among pregnant women. A costing exercise was done to estimate the minimum financing needed to implement nutrition interventions for the ten-year FNS, and further analysis was made to estimate the investment required to implement the prioritised recommended Lancet series interventions for 10 years. Activity-based costing methodology was used to carry out the FNS costing for nutrition interventions prioritised by the different line ministries, and then estimated costs to implement the 2021 recommended Lancets interventions were examined from the FNS.

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is considered the most frequent cause of end-stage renal disease (ESRD). For early diagnosis and follow up of renal function in patient with established DN, Duplex Doppler Sonography can be used as noninvasive tool. The aim and objective of the study was to determine whether resistive index could remain higher in type 2 diabetic patients having nephropathy in comparison with that of non-diabetic controls.

Background: Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is a widely performed surgical procedure aimed at alleviating pain and restoring functionality in individuals suffering from knee osteoarthritis. Despite substantial benefits of TKA, patients are exposed to potential risks, including the occurrence of falls during their recovery period following discharge from the hospital.
Objective: This integrative review endeavors to comprehensively investigate the existing body of literature to identify and assess the diverse factors that contribute to occurrence of post-discharge falls among TKA patients.
Background: The sex steroid hormones fluctuate during the menstrual cycle, which affects the strength and postural stability of females and leads to injuries and risk of falls. These hormones may be modulated by exercise to impact the overall health of females.
Objective: To determine the effects of exercise on sex steroid hormones in eumenorrheic females.

Although GpsB has been studied in several bacteria, the structure, function, and interactome of GpsB is largely uncharacterized. To address this knowledge gap, we solved the crystal structure of the N-terminal domain of GpsB, which adopts an atypical, asymmetric dimer, and demonstrates major conformational flexibility that can be mapped to a hinge region formed by a three-residue insertion exclusive to .
