Linear scleroderma is a form of localized scleroderma that presents as band-like sclerotic lesions. When it occurs on the scalp or forehead, it is called "en coup de sabre scleroderma" (ECDS). Extracutaneous associations, mostly neurologic, have been described with ECDS.
