Purpose: This work endeavored to develop novel CAR-loaded phytosomes for the enhancement of the wound healing process.
Hesperidin (Hsd), a bioactive phytomedicine, experienced an antidiabetic activity versus both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes mellitus. However, its intrinsic poor solubility and bioavailability is a key challenging obstacle reflecting its oral delivery. From such perspective, the purpose of the current study was to prepare and evaluate Hsd-loaded sulfobutylether-β-cyclodextrin/chitosan nanoparticles (Hsd/CD/CS NPs) for improving the hypoglycemic activity of the orally administered Hsd.

In attempting to circumvent this issue, AMD-loaded polymeric nanoparticles (AMD-loaded NPs) had been designed.
Materials And Methods: AMD was loaded in NPs by the nanoprecipitation method using two stabilizers: bovine serum albumin and Kolliphor P 188.

Background: Fluconazole (FLZ), a potent antifungal medication, is characterized by poor water solubility that reduced its antifungal efficacy.
Objective: This study aimed to prepare FLZ-loaded polymeric nanoparticles (NPs) by using different polymers and techniques as a method of enhancing the antifungal activity of FLZ.
Methods: NP1, NP2, and NP3 were prepared by the double emulsion/solvent evaporation method using PLGA, PCL, and PLA, respectively.
Purpose: Targeting enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) can represent a hopeful strategy for oncotherapy. Also, the use of PLGA-based nanoparticles as a novel and rate-controlling carrier system was of our concern.
Methods: Benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized, and their structures were clarified.
Background: Successful endodontic therapy is mainly governed by the satisfactory sealing ability of the applied root canal sealer. Also, tolerability of root canal structure to accommodate the presence of a sealer participates in the efficiency of the treatment. Hence, this study was aimed to extrapolate our previous one that was concerned with the preparation and evaluation of novel nature-based root canal sealers.

Although the mechanical approach of scaling and root planing (SRP) for removing of plaque is considered as the key element for controlling periodontitis, the anatomical complexity of the teeth hinders accessibility to deeper points. The aim of this study was to design a micellar nanocarrier of coenzyme Q10 (Q) to support the management of moderate periodontitis.

A rapid, and highly sensitive analytical method were developed for the simultaneous determination of indacaterol maleate (IND) and glycopyrronium bromide (GLY) in their inhaler capsules. Valid ion-pairing chromatographic (IPC) method was performed for separation of GLY in presence of IND using C column and mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile: acidified deionized water (60:40% v/v) containing 0.02% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) adjusted to pH 3.
