Purpose: Using constrained spherical deconvolution (CSD)-based tractography, we aimed to obtain conjoint analysis of diffusion measures of major language white matter (WM) tracts in post-stroke aphasic patients bilaterally, and to correlate the measures of each tract to the different language deficits.
