Coeliac disease is a common condition for which the only current treatment is a gluten-free diet. Adherence to this diet is not always easy and is associated with a reduction in quality of life for the patient and their family. Non-adherence is associated with complications of varying severity.

Objective: The study aimed to establish recommendations and quality criteria to enhance the healthcare process of PBC.

Patients And Methods: It was conducted using qualitative techniques, preceded by a literature review. A consensus conference involving five specialists in the field was held, followed by a Delphi process developed in two waves, in which 30 specialist physicians in family and community medicine, digestive system and internal medicine were invited to participate.

Objective: To investigate long-term efficiency of an intervention protocol for chronic daily headache with medication overuse (CDHwMO) in the general population.

Methods: The 72 subjects meeting CDHwMO criteria coming from an epidemiological study in the general population (Neurology 2004; 62: 1338-42) were offered follow-up and treatment for 1 year and then discharged to their general practitioner with treatment recommendations. Four years later, they were interviewed again.
