We report a rare case of esophageal carcinoma with gastric wall metastasis. A 73-year-old man with dysphagia underwent endoscopy and upper GI series and chest-abdominal computed tomography, revealing esophageal carcinoma and gastric cancer, which was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma by biopsy. A woman in her 50s was admitted to our hospital with fever and lower abdominal swelling. Abdominal CT/MRI examinations revealed irregular thickening of the transverse colon wall, which was attached to a subcutaneous abscess.
