Objective: Aim: Our study aimed to investigate the connection between the ABCC8 gene polymorphisms (rs1801261 and rs757110) and T2DM in the Iraqi Middle Euphrates region. Patients with type 2 diabetes were chosen because they were treated with glibenclamide and glimepiride.

Validating Sam68 expression and protein level in breast cancer.

Breast carcinoma ranks as the second most common cancer among women worldwide. Despite significant therapeutic advancements, approximately 25% of breast carcinoma cases have resistance to current treatment modalities, posing a significant challenge for patient management. This study aimed to investigate the role of Sam68 mRNA and its protein in promoting oncogenesis and breast cancer progression.

THE RELEVANCE OF RS6777038 AND RS6444082 OF IGF2BP2 GENE POLYMORPHISM AND TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS: A CASE CONTROL STUDY.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study involves 800 participants that divided to a healthy control group (400) and T2DM patients (400). Fasting blood sugar (FBS), triglycerides (Tgs), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-Ch), total cholesterol (T-Ch), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-Ch), and fasting insulin measured for both participant groups.
