Background: Transradial cardiac catheterization is equally effective but has fewer vascular complications than transfemoral catheterization. There is a paucity of data on biradial approach for alcohol septal ablation (ASA). This study seeks to study the differences in procedural outcomes between the transradial vs traditional transfemoral approach in ASA.
