This study investigates non-rhizobial endophytic bacteria in the root nodules of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L), faba bean (Vicia faba), and cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp), as well as arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the rhizospheric soil of chickpea and faba bean. Out of the 34 endophytic bacterial populations examined, 31 strains were identified as non-rhizobial based on nodulation tests.

Soil alkalinity, which has a high pH, is one of the most common concerns in dry and semi-arid climates. Alkaline soils face problems due to poor physical properties, which affect plant growth and crop production.

This study explored the biocontrol efficacy of novel and eco-friendly preen (uropygial) oil and endophytic in managing postharvest grey mold in strawberry fruit. The preen oil (25 μL/mL) showed high antifungal activity against .

The biogenic synthesis of Ag-NP types has been proposed as an easy and cost-effective alternative for various biomedical applications. The interaction of nanoparticles with ethanol production was mentioned.

The biomass of Neopestalotiopsis clavispora ASU1 was used as a natural bio-sorbent for removal of Cd(II) and Zn(II) from aqueous solutions. Characterization of fungal biomass was performed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray Diffractometer, and BET surface area.

The present work focused on the bioremediation of soils contaminated with zinc by the use of a native mycorrhizal fungi (AM) called Funneliformis geosporum (Nicol. & Gerd.

The synthesized nanoparticles were spherical and homogenous in size. AgNPs were coated with polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD).

The mycosynthesized AgNPs were characterized by means of spectroscopic and microscopic techniques. The surface plasmon resonance found at 430 nm confirmed the formation of stable AgNPs for several weeks at room temperature.
