Reliability and concurrent validity of the Spinal Cord Independence Measure III among rehabilitation professionals.

Study Design: A cross-sectional design.

Objectives: To investigate rater reliability of the Spinal Cord Independence Measure or SCIM III among rehabilitation professionals, along with the concurrent validity of the tool as compared to standard measures covering wheelchair users (WU) and ambulatory (AM) individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI).

Setting: A tertiary rehabilitation center and communities.
