Background: Pre-eclampsia and eclampsia are common causes of morbidity and mortality, especially in low-income countries. Reducing adverse outcomes associated with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy has been the ultimate priority in recent years. Here, we are presenting a case of a 45-year-old male patient, who presented with recurrent episodes of hypoglycemia spells, and later on, it was diagnosed that hypoglycemic spells were secondary to fibroma.
