Epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EDV) may clinically vary from pityriasis versicolor-like macules to wart-like flat papules, psoriasiform red papules, or pigmented keratotic lesions resembling seborrheic keratosis. Sun-exposed areas are commonly affected with genital areas rarely involved. It is associated with more than 30 human papillomaviruses (HPVs).
