- This study aimed to assess how ACSL4 levels and collateral circulation predict lower limb function in ischemic stroke patients undergoing modified constraint-induced movement therapy (mCIMT).
- Results showed that higher ACSL4 at admission correlated with worse lower limb motor function, while collateral circulation grading helped predict recovery outcomes, indicating both factors could be useful in patient prognosis.
