While high level of genetic heterogeneity in plastome DNA due to a reticulate evolutionary event has been considered to link with the richness of the St-genome-sharing taxa, the relationship between the dynamics of diversification and molecular evolution is lack of understanding.
Results: Here, integrating 106 previously and 12 newly sequenced plastomes representing almost all previously recognized genomic types and genus of the Triticeae, this study applies phylogenetic reconstruction methods in combination with lineage diversification analyses, estimate of sequence evolution, and gene expression to investigate the dynamics of diversification in the tribe.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted, and 80 pediatric patients with hematologic malignancies who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. According to different nursing intervention methods, the patients were divided into an experimental group (45 cases) and a control group (35 cases).
Background: The data from the WHO showed that life expectancy (LE) and health-adjusted life expectancy (HALE) at global level both increased from 2000 to 2019, while they did not increase at the same rate. Therefore, our study aims to explore the relationship and changing trends between LE and HALE, and further comprehensively analyze the factors influencing the difference between the two.
Methods: This paper uses data from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) database in LE and HALE across 204 countries and regions from 1990 to 2019.
