Skull base osteomyelitis by : An unusual pathogen at unusual location - A case report.

Background: is predominantly recovered from the respiratory tract of patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). Authors report first case of central nervous system infection by in the form of skull base osteomyelitis.

Case Description: A 67-year-old male presented with complaints of earache and hearing deficit for few months.

Primary Calvarial Ewing Sarcoma: A Case Series.

 Calvarial Ewing tumor is a relatively rare differential among bony neoplasms. We present our experience of managing primary calvarial Ewing sarcoma (EWS), highlighting their clinical and radiological findings.  In a retrospective analysis, we evaluated our 12-year database for pathologically proven EWS.

Fully developed accessory lower limb with tethered cord: Are these two anomalies related?

Background: Spinal dysraphic anomalies may be hidden beneath grotesque cutaneous stigmata, like a fully developed accessory lower limb.

Case Description: Authors describe a 4-year-old boy who had socially unacceptable malformation in form of an accessory lower limb, in addition to perfectly normal both lower limbs with underlying low-lying tethered cord. Radiological studies showed underlying tethered cord and dysraphic spinal column.
