The test intensity is determined by the test speed () which should be individualized to target a t of 3 to 15 minutes. We determined the accuracy of setting the to achieve a targeted t of 3 to 15 minutes using the participant's easily measured and non-fatiguing usual () and fast () walk speeds.

Clozapine has moderate affinity at the 5-HT1A receptor, and this may be of therapeutic importance. This positron emission tomography (PET) study attempted to replicate the post-mortem findings in vivo and sought an occupancy effect of clozapine at the 5-HT1A receptor.
