Photodiagnosis Photodyn Ther

Local targeted "inside-out" hyperthermia of tumors via nanoparticles is able to sensitize tumor cells to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, gene therapy, immunotherapy, or other effects, significantly reducing the duration and intensity of treatment. In this article, new nanomaterials are proposed to be used as anticancer agents: boron-doped nanodiamonds with sizes of about 10 nm synthesized for the first time by the high-temperature high-pressure (HTHP) method. The heating ability of boron-doped nanodiamonds was investigated under different heating conditions in different environments: water, chicken egg white, and MCF-7 breast cancer cells.

Employing 9 patients' bladders, two types of signals were used to improve diagnostic accuracy for malignancy and we also present numerical modeling of the scattering coefficient to provide biological explanation of the results obtained.

The spectroscopic method is presented with an example of a characteristic fluorescence spectrum from stomach with 5-ALA and quantitative statistics. The laser excitation wavelength was 632.

Methods: An experimental study of preparation and distribution in the bodies of mice was held by both intravenous and lymphotropic methods of administration. By means of detection with a photosensitizer (as a marker), the study was conducted on healthy mice and mice with testicle inflammation.
