Background: Orthodontic treatment is known to significantly impact facial esthetics, but there is a lack of long-term studies examining its effects, particularly in conjunction with the natural aging process. This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the enduring effects of orthodontic treatment on facial esthetics and aging over a 15-year period.

Materials And Methods: Three hundred orthodontic patients aged 12 to 25 at the start of treatment were included.
