This report describes a case of leiomyoma of the ankle occurring at an unusual age. A 5-month-old girl presented with an asymptomatic nodule on her left ankle.

It usually presents in infancy with hoarseness. Although about 300 cases have been reported in the literature, the occurrence of the disease is rare in siblings.
